Ever since Dr Sriram Nene gave up his practice in Denver and shifted base to Mumbai with his star-wife, there have been rumours that the UCLAtrained cardiovascular surgeon is refusing lucrative offers from the city's prestigious private hospitals.However, it seems now all the pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. The decision to relocate was a well-calculated one and all this while, Dr Nene, who before getting into medicine used to be a software designer, was busy developing a media and content company with his wife.
