Shahrukh's new heroine in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi

With a name like Anushka, meaning 'grace' she was born to be a model. It was at the age of 15, while other girls were mugging textbooks for their board exams, she walked the ramp for the very first time. Looking back, she feels that it was a terrible experience, because she walked as if she were walking on the street. She also participated in the Pantene Zoom Elite Model Look India in 2004. In the past four years, she has surely honed herself to become a graceful and sought after model.

Anushka Sharma From Banglore has gotten really lucky as she makes a dream debut opposite King Khan in Aditya Chopra's Rab Ne Bana di Jodi, just like Deepika who made it big with Om Shanti Om in 2007.

The pretty nineteen year old who came to Bombay from Bangalore on wendell Rodericks' insistence, will portray the movie's 16 year old heroine with Khan's forty year old hero. Anushka is a 5'9'' stunner with lovely hair and skin, not to mention a great body. She has a contract with Sunsilk for their Silk and Shine range, Whisper and Fiat Palio.
